Yop Rwang Pam is a systems strategist and philanthropic advisor whose work bridges governance, media, and social innovation in Africa and beyond. She designs and supports initiatives that make knowledge, opportunity, and participation more equitable, helping organisations center inclusion, local insight, and shared accountability in their strategies.

Over the past two decades, Yop has worked with foundations, multilateral agencies, and civic organisations including the Wikimedia Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Luminate, and UNICEF. She is the Founder of Project by Projects, a think-and-do lab advancing clarity, collaboration, and systems change across Africa. She brings to the Wiki In Africa board a deep belief in the power of storytelling, collaboration, and community-led systems to shape a more connected and equitable future.
